- It is a moderate to challenging trek. No technical climbing skills are required, but trekkers should have good fitness and stamina to walk 5–7 hours daily at high altitude.
- Spring (March–May): Clear skies, blooming rhododendrons. Autumn (Sept–Nov): Best visibility and stable weather.
- Not mandatory, but prior hiking/trekking experience helps. Regular walking, jogging, or stair climbing before the trip is recommended.
- You will stay in teahouses (lodges) during the trek, offering basic rooms, warm meals, and a cozy environment. In Kathmandu, you’ll stay at standard hotels.
- Yes, but the itinerary includes acclimatization days in Namche and Dingboche to minimize risks. Drinking plenty of water, ascending slowly, and consulting your guide helps prevent it.
