Annapurna Base Camp Trek
The Highlights of Nepal
February to Mid-June, September – November 1 12 Days
Journey Overview
The Annapurna Base Camp Trek (ABC) is among Nepal's most famous and cherished high-altitude adventures, winding into the Annapurna Sanctuary a glacial basin encircled by fourteen summits exceeding 6,000 metres. This direct 12-day route bypasses Ghorepani and heads straight from Pokhara through the hot springs at Jhinu Danda and the gateway village of Chhomrong, climbing through dense bamboo forest and alpine pastures to stand at 4,130 m beneath Annapurna I (8,091 m), the tenth-highest peak on Earth. The panorama inside the Sanctuary Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and the sacred Machapuchhre (Fishtail) is one of the most breathtaking amphitheatres in all of trekking. Operated by Adventure Outdoor Treks & Expeditions, every day is scheduled for safety, acclimatisation, and the deepest possible cultural immersion.
