Yes, a Schengen visa is required for this route and the visa charges are included in the package cost.
There is no direct flight from Kathmandu to Zurich, so Turkish Airlines routes through Istanbul on both the outbound and return legs, and again on the way back from Berlin.
Breakfast is included daily. Lunch and dinner are included on nearly every day, with a couple of exceptions such as a self arranged lunch during the Venice to Berlin travel day.
Jungfraujoch, at roughly 3,454 meters, is the highest point, reached by cable car and cogwheel train rather than on foot, so it requires no fitness preparation beyond normal walking.
