During Arrival and Transfer

Where will you be received after you arrive at the Airport?
The incoming passengers are met just outside the arrival lounge of the airport as Nepal government does not allow hosts to enter the Airport.

How do you identify your representative?
Placard displaying your name or your group name is carried by your representative who can be identified easily.

What do you do when you fail to locate our representative?
In such case, you should ask any authority or a local person for Adventure Outdoors staffs. Ask Authority to help you.

After meeting your representative, will you be taken immediately or have to wait for other travellers?
Here, we provide different private vehicles so you must not wait for others. We will wait until our vehicle arrives, few minutes. Your luggage will carried by our representatives until you check in to hotel.

Does our representative escort you to front desk and assist you in check in formalities after arriving hotel?
Yes, our representative will escort you to front desk and assist you in check in formalities.

Do we use air-conditioned vehicles?
Yes we use an air-conditioned vehicle with spacious and clean seats that comforts you during all your travel.

Do we give orientation tour as a part of their transfer?
No, we don’t give orientation tour. Information about Nepal is given briefly and also about your tour packages.

During stay and Departure

To whom you will contact during your stay?
Tour executives will constantly stay in touch with you during your time stay in Nepal. They keep informing you about tours, travel and others adventure information you do.

If you have booked a departure transfer, do we reconfirm your onward flight?
Yes, our staffs will reconfirm your flight and status will be informed to you. Even if the departure transfer is not booked, we do reconfirm their onward flight as a matter of courtesy.

How many hours prior to the departure flight are you picked-up from your hotel?
You are picked from your hotel 2 to 3 hours before the time of your flight.

How you are assisted during the time of transfer?
you will meet our representative in hotel and they will inform you all. He will provide details information about onward flight, where to meet, whom to meet, and when to meet. For luggage, our representative will help you.

You have health problems and you take medicine?
Consult your doctors and follow his advice before you travel to Nepal. However, you can buy medicine here also but it is best to bring them with you.

Is there facility of phone/fax/email/internet avail in Nepal?
Yes, there is good communication system in Nepal but there are no fax/phone and other facilities during the time of trek/expedition and rafting.

For water:

don’t drink tap water, stream water, river water. We will provide you fresh and distilled water on your way to travel.
